Pros

Excellent value for the budget-friendly price point.

Daily room service includes replenished tea and coffee supplies and fresh towels.

The on-site porter is frequently praised for being helpful and friendly.

Guests often report comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

Cons

The property is difficult to find on a first visit due to its hidden entrance and lack of a road sign.

Check-out is at 10 am, and there is no permanent reception desk; guests must call a phone number for arrival instructions.

“I found the location surprisingly central for exploring Yeovil, and the secure, private parking was a real bonus. The rooms, though simple, felt comfortable and were well-maintained with a particularly strong shower. It strikes me as a solid base for a short stay when convenience and a good night's sleep are paramount.”
